Q1 - In which areas do you operate?

We currently operate across the whole of England and Wales. Our aim is to operate across the whole of the UK within the next three years.

Q2 - Are your staff sub-contractors or employees?

All of our staff are employees. The only time we use sub-contractors is when you require a service which we do not currently offer. We have a number of preferred suppliers to meet bespoke needs (such as tree surgeons), ensuring that all work is carried out to the same first class standard.

Q3 - Who controls your workforce?

In each of the areas we operate, we have local appointed area supervisors. If you have any issues or need to speak to your area supervisor, rest assured they will be local and will be aware of your contract. Details of our area supervisors and the areas they cover, can be found on our contact us page.

Q4 - Can I be informed on what is happening on my site?

Yes, each area supervisor is required to produce a weekly report for head office. This report details the progress and any issues which have arisen. You may request details of this report at anytime. Alternatively, you may wish to speak to your area supervisor directly who will be fully aware of the current situation.

Q5 - What HAPPENS if i have a problem or some emergency work?

Each area supervisor is responsible for any problems or emergency work needed in their area. Details of our area supervisors can be found on our contact us page. Alternatively, you can telephone our head office and we will relay the information to the relevant area supervisor.

Q6 - How do you monitor your health & safety procedures?

We are Safe Contractor approved. Safe Contractor is a contractor accreditation scheme that assesses our Health & Safety procedures. Once our procedures have been approved, we are issued with a certificate, which has to be renewed annually. We also have our 'in-house' Health & Safety manager who is responsible for ensuring our procedures are up to date, at all times.

Q7 - ARE you members of any bodies or organisations?

Safe Contractor (view certificate) and Investors in People (view certificate).
